Experiencing the God of Possibilities: The One Who Makes a Way Where There is None

“With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.” Matthew 19:26

What Does It Mean to Experience the God of Possibilities?

Experiencing the God of possibilities means encountering His supernatural intervention in hopeless situations. It is seeing His wonders when all odds seem against us, watching Him turn impossibilities into testimonies. God alone can step into any circumstance and bring victory where defeat seemed certain.

Jesus affirmed this truth in Matthew 19:26: “But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”

How Can One Experience the God of Possibilities?

1. Be Born Again and Walk in Holiness

To experience God’s limitless power, we must belong to Him and live uprightly. 2 Timothy 2:19 reminds us, “Nevertheless, the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The Lord knoweth them that are his. And, Let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity.”

Our sins can create a barrier between us and God, preventing us from experiencing His wonders. Isaiah 59:1-2 tells us that God’s hand is not too short to save, but our iniquities separate us from Him. We must surrender to Christ and walk in righteousness to position ourselves for miracles.

2. Activate Your Faith

Faith is the key to experiencing God’s miraculous power. Mark 9:23 states, “Jesus said unto him, If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” It is not our tears but our faith that moves God.

Faith means:

  • Trusting in God’s word completely.
  • Fixing our eyes on God rather than the problem.
  • Believing that He is our only solution without alternatives.

The heroes of faith in Hebrews 11 saw the impossible become possible because they trusted God unwaveringly.

How to Engage Your Faith to Experience the God of Possibilities

  1. Grow Your Faith – Faith must be developed by hearing and meditating on God’s Word. Romans 10:17 reminds us, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” Read and declare scriptures related to your situation until your faith becomes immovable.
  2. Refuse to DoubtRomans 4:20 says, “He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God.” The devil will try to plant doubt, but stand firm in God’s promises. The Israelites saw the Red Sea part when they stood still in faith (Exodus 14:13-14).
  3. Pray the Prayer of FaithJames 5:15 declares, “And the prayer of faith shall save the sick, and the Lord shall raise him up.” Prayer should not be filled with fear but faith in God’s promises. Stand on His Word and demand its fulfillment.
  4. Speak the Word BoldlyMark 11:23 says, “For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” Speak life into your situation—declare healing, success, and restoration!
  5. Keep Your Expectations Alive – Faith is the evidence of things hoped for (Hebrews 11:1). Your expectation fuels your miracle because Proverbs 23:18 assures us that the expectation of the righteous shall not be cut off.
  6. Engage the Holy Spirit – The Holy Spirit strengthens our faith. Jude 1:20 encourages us, “But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost.” Praying in tongues and deep fellowship with the Spirit activates supernatural faith.

Prayer Points

  1. Father, I come before You in repentance. Forgive my sins and help my unbelief.
  2. Lord, give me fresh hunger and desire for Your Word.
  3. Holy Spirit, grant me understanding and revelation as I study the Word so my faith can grow.
  4. Father, I speak to every situation in my life—let impossibilities be turned around for good!
  5. Lord, reverse every unpleasant situation in my life and make a way where there is none.
  6. Oh God of possibilities, arise and do the impossible in my life!
  7. Every enemy of my breakthrough, be scattered by fire in Jesus’ name!
  8. Holy Ghost, set my faith on fire—fill me with boldness to believe You for great things.
  9. Father, I declare that my testimony and my miracle are sure!

Final Encouragement

Never limit God by your human understanding. He is the One who turns dry bones into a mighty army (Ezekiel 37:3-10), parts the Red Sea, and brings water from a rock. He is still the same today. Hold on to faith, because with Him, all things are possible!
